"I don’t think this was a 3-star hotel based on other stays that I had! We didn’t have hot water in one of the days during our stay. They didn’t change the towels during our entire stay (3 nights). The room had a cigarette smell that sticked on my clothes. The region is very noisy and the streets are really dirty. The staff were cordial but speak very poor English."

The hotel is fine and the hotel staff was friendly. They offered to hold our luggage until check-in, while we went on a walking tour. The room was clean and the art was quirky.
