"I think the best and worst part of the stay is the location. It is convenient to the airport by shuttle but it isn’t a great area. The room was quite small and while adequate and clean, it was small. I paid for a much nicer room but arrived early because of my morning flight arrival. They offered an early check-in but it was an extra 20€ and then didn’t adjust for the much smaller room. It was a place to sleep though and the staff was friendly."

"The outside of the hotel was promising...however the area (of Naples)was dirty and quite smelly with lots of litter/rubbish in the streets. The hotel doesnt offer food, or have tea/coffee facilities in the room. There were ants all over the bathroom floor and the shower cubicle door leaked so the floor was very slippy (not great with children). "The young man working the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Best AC of all my hotels in Europe. Shower was a bit small. Breakfast was good. Main concern is it’s a bad neighborhood. Lots of garbage everywhere and tons of big groups of men loitering all times of the day. I wouldn’t stay here again which is too bad because hotel was great."
