This hotel is absolutely delicious in every way, except finding it. Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods. The staff was great and so helpful trying to make our stay an enjoyable one. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in the same building as the Naples metro which makes it very convenient to use the metro to get into the center of Naples. We wanted to find a hotel close to the Posillipo are and this hotel is perfect. A parking lot is adjacent to the hotel so it is very convenient. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, and they served a full breakfast with many selections. This is our third stay in this hotel.

Hotel Amenities, Cleanliness, Service and Food (Breakfast) was absolute top notch. Room had built in audio system, power curtains and blinds which was refreshing. Shower stall in the bathroom was small, you could not properly shower without pushing shower door opening, causing water puddle. Area of the hotel location is ok, not dangerous but alright. To us it felt like hotel was super nice to be in ok neighborhood. Cheers!

Ok, I was admittedly reluctant to book an unknown place, and particularly in Naples. Naples is a crazy city (think NYC on steroids) and not my favorite, but we had to stay the night because of travel connections. The most difficult part was having a clear understanding of how you access the NAP guest house from the street address. Piazza Bovio is a well known traffic circle and No. 22 is on one side. The location was excellent, close to the lift you can take up from the port if you’re coming by boat. Close to lots of restaurants and a great view of the sea and port. We were upgraded to a king room with the largest shower I have ever seen in Italy. The front desk staff was super friendly. Daily happy hour and breakfast were wonderful perks. Would definitely recommend.

The bathrooms were a little dated but to be expected from such an older property. We were pleasantly surprised with the location of the hotel facing the Bay of Naples, great views! Next to some great restaurants. The breakfast that was included was also excellent. Staff was great and helpful. The only negative, which really wasn't, was the construction being done on the road and promenade on the water BUT it's going to be well worth it when it's finished. This is an excellent choice for a hotel stay in Naples; the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. If safety is a concern, the hotel is without doubt, a first choice. Vehicles cannot travel beyond a check point well in front of the hotel building and the location at the port provides an extra layer of security. The hotel is also close to many great restaurants and other city attractions. The staff is also friendly and professional. Go there; you will not be disappointed!

We chose to stay here as to wanting to be near the coast. I had booked this based on reviews. This hotel was wonderful, staff was amazing, rooms are what we expected for Naples. Area is most likely one of the safest. You have everything at your fingertips. Nightlife, restaurants, cafes, sunbathing, the Port of Naples and their major "downtown" shopping area, all within walking distance. Views! Loved it so much staying there again.

Awesome! The restaurant and bar at the top is a must visit. The wait staff were generous pourers, the food was great, and they even applied a discount to our bill unprompted from the Fork app. Great place!

Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. Great location less than a block from the main plaza. Our room was right next to the elevator and we never heard a sound. Only a few blocks to the train station and bus stops. Many great restaurants nearby. Best breakfast buffet in our whole 26 days in Italy. Left a jacket and they had it sent to our next hotel on Capri for a minimal charge.

The Naples city center-or Centro Storico-is a hive of activity and some would say utter chaos. It's a rabbit warren of narrow streets and alleys, many impassible to cars. This hotel provides a luxurious, safe oasis amidst the craziness. A tremendous plus is that you can actually drive to this hotel so taxis can get there. I became very sick while there. I don't know what I would have done if not for the hotel staff they were very concerned and even called the doctor for me and went to the pharmacy and got medicine for me. The room service staff took good care of me check in on me regularly to make sure I had food and water. I can't recommend them enough. Their kindness was amazing. If that had been in the USA I'd be sunk. A beautiful place with wonderful people
