This hotel is just a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of the bustling city. Just a heads up, the AC is centralized and fixed at one temperature, so if you want it cooler, you'll have to crack open the window a bit. But be warned, it only opens about an inch, and the street noise can get pretty loud. The room has a nice modern vibe and is clean, but the staff weren't particularly memorable—neither rude nor overly friendly. The breakfast options were pretty average; I noticed the same few items for all four days we stayed. Lots of bread, cookies, croissants, and muffins—definitely a calorie overload and not much in the way of protein. I probably won't return to this hotel.

Excellent! This hotel is conveniently located in the central of Naples. It’s walkable to restaurants, shops but it’s a bit walk to central location. The surrounding appears not safe but it’s on a very busy street. Lots of graffiti gave the impression of not a safe place but we felt ok on our second day. It’s a gated hotel and gate was locked at night. One needs hotel card to get in. We would stay here again the next time we visit Naples.

This hotel is near the train station which was very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful & nice. We were able to do early check in which was great. We only stayed one night but would absolutely come back

Lovely room and bathroom. Excellent staff service throughout the hotel. We also chose to have dinner in the hotel and a croissant breakfast the next morning. The food was lovely. Reception staff were really good offering lots of advice but at any time there is only one person on duty. This means waiting some time to check in and check out. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay again as I travel through Napoli frequently. However the manager should consider having a back up receptionist when it is busy

To be or not to be (Car parking version)

The parking lot does not belong to the hotel. You pay 25 Euros per night to the neighbouring parking lot that the hotel has an agreement with, and leave the key in the car (!). The rooms are old-style but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The area is crowded and trafficky.

The staff was amazing, I request another night stay and remain in our room. They were very accommodating and made sure that they ensured we were happy. The restaurant staff were professional, courteous and very accommodating. The breakfast and dinner were very tasteful and well prepared.
