The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave great tips on how to get around, places to see and eat. They were able to check us in early as well. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient. Great location 3 blocks from Napoli centrale. However area around it is a bit shady and walk fast at night, especially with luggage. There is great food around as well. The rooms are clean and tidy, just like any Ibis hotel. Despite the shady area, would still stay anytime due to the location and value to the train station. Went to Pompeii next morning upon checkout, very fast.

I enjoyed the experience. The quality was great given the price and the staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful! I was at first a little apprehensive because I was worried about not being able to find the hotel so I appreciated the video guide sent to me a few days prior. This was my first solo travel trip and I felt very safe staying with H22. On my second night around midnight it seemed that the power went out in the entire building but it was quickly resolved (less than 10 minutes)....

I liked the properties conditions, very clean and confortable, great and conveniently located. The staff and service was excellent, but unfortunately in occasion the surrounding area was not at the level of the quality of the property.

This place is a hidden gem! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and hassle-free experience. I’ll be back!

The property is located perfectly to walking distance of metro that you can travel all around, walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores. It was confusing at first the address but we found it.. it’s and old property beautiful completely remodeled to new construction but very nice, ample, clean, the room was perfect for our group of 4. Me and my daughter had a wonderful time at hotel Tiempo. The staff is very helpful and friendly with everything you need, specially Mario and Anna (desk) We can’t forget about Anna (keeper) - always smiling and helping with anything we ask. Also we had a great conversation with Nunzia (another hotel staff member) always making us laugh. Definitely a good time visiting hotel Tiempo.

We loved our stay at the Alma Regina hotel! The room was VERY spacious and nice, and the bathroom was beautiful. Angela checked in with us regularly and was willing to help us with a couple of things we needed. The location was great for exploring old Naples! The only thing I would like to mention is that there two flights of stairs to get to the rooms. If that is a problem for someone, this may not be the right fit for you. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

I don't know if I have the words to express how much we enjoyed our stay. From arriving and getting a snack and drink to greet us to Guiliana's concern that we had everything we needed for our longer than typical B&B stay (we stayed almost 2 weeks) the Napolinn was the absolute perfect spot to us to stay. This is a newly renovated property. Rooms are very clean and roomy with high ceilings. The owner/manager is very helpful and kind. The rooftop balcony is very nice and a great place to enjoy in the mornings. The neighborhood is bustling - plenty of places to eat, and filled with people walking, kids playing soccer, and families enjoying the good life outside at a cafe. I would definitely stay again!

Hotel Potenza ist on the Piazza Garibaldi, which makes it a great base for exploring the Campania region. All of the main spots are easily accessible from the hotel. The linea 1 of the metro is just outside the hotel which means that the Municipio, Toledo, Dante and Museo stops are close by. The owners of B&B Cupole e Campanili are FANTASTIC! Very friendly & accomodating. The location is a little hard to find at 1st because there is no sign for "B&B Cupole a Campanili" outside. But just look fot the big dark green metal door / wall, & push the room code & them chime button, marked "Romeo Perilli". The room is spacious & clean, & the bed is comfortable. 10/10 for me!!! Will definitely stay here again when I return to Naples!
