The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave great tips on how to get around, places to see and eat. They were able to check us in early as well. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had a balcony. The room was refreshed daily as well. We were a little away from the main historic center which is what we wanted so it was quiet and there was a great restaurant on the same block for dinner and good rooftop bars close by. Great location 3 blocks from Napoli centrale. However area around it is a bit shady and walk fast at night, especially with luggage. There is great food around as well. The rooms are clean and tidy, just like any Ibis hotel. Despite the shady area, would still stay anytime due to the location and value to the train station. Went to Pompeii next morning upon checkout, very fast.

I enjoyed the experience. The quality was great given the price and the staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful! I was at first a little apprehensive because I was worried about not being able to find the hotel so I appreciated the video guide sent to me a few days prior. This was my first solo travel trip and I felt very safe staying with H22. On my second night around midnight it seemed that the power went out in the entire building but it was quickly resolved (less than 10 minutes)....

I liked the properties conditions, very clean and confortable, great and conveniently located. The staff and service was excellent, but unfortunately in occasion the surrounding area was not at the level of the quality of the property.

The property is located perfectly to walking distance of metro that you can travel all around, walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores. It was confusing at first the address but we found it.. it’s and old property beautiful completely remodeled to new construction but very nice, ample, clean, the room was perfect for our group of 4. This place is a hidden gem! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and hassle-free experience. I’ll be back!

Me and my daughter had a wonderful time at hotel Tiempo. The staff is very helpful and friendly with everything you need, specially Mario and Anna (desk) We can’t forget about Anna (keeper) - always smiling and helping with anything we ask. Also we had a great conversation with Nunzia (another hotel staff member) always making us laugh. Definitely a good time visiting hotel Tiempo.

Hotel Potenza ist on the Piazza Garibaldi, which makes it a great base for exploring the Campania region. All of the main spots are easily accessible from the hotel. The linea 1 of the metro is just outside the hotel which means that the Municipio, Toledo, Dante and Museo stops are close by. If you get the ArteCard Campania, you'll get free transport on the metro for 3 days, as well as the Circumvesuviana to go to Ercolano, Pompeii or Sorento. We loved our stay at the Alma Regina hotel! The room was VERY spacious and nice, and the bathroom was beautiful. Angela checked in with us regularly and was willing to help us with a couple of things we needed. The location was great for exploring old Naples! The only thing I would like to mention is that there two flights of stairs to get to the rooms. If that is a problem for someone, this may not be the right fit for you. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!
