"It was nice and clean but the walls were a bit scuffed and could use some paint. The air and fridge never really got cold. Cool, but not cool enough. You have to pay .50 euro each way to use the elevator and the breakfast at the place down the street was very limited on what you could get and in a very hectic spot. The beds were very soft so if you need a firm bed be aware. The luggage storage was nice and it’s very close to the museum. "

"The property is very close to the train station if that is what you need. It's a little longer walk to the main attractions, but definitely doable. The hotel is fine and the hotel staff was friendly. They offered to hold our luggage until check-in, while we went on a walking tour. The room was clean and the art was quirky. "It was in a great walkable area and the staff was wonderfully friendly and full of good information."

"This place was so cute! We were 3 adults and two children. They had an amazing breakfast that came as a perk through Expedia and a rooftop terrace that we sat outside and drank wine on. Our bed was a pull out sofa which was not very comfortable, but everything else was great. The location was not in a tourist area and close to the famous Pizzeria Da Michele. "
