Spectacular view from roof top terrace. Great breakfast in lovely dining room. Our luggage was delayed by 2 days & front desk was most helpful in checking on it & celebrated with us when it arrived on our last day in Naples.

Beautiful hotel, great views, lovely room and bathroom. Great breakfast, kind staff. Only negatives- bed mattress was too soft/old and in the entrance there is no ramp for luggage, you must go up some stairs.

We lived our stay here the staff were amazing! Mário, Guiseippi and Serena bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and get us everything we needed. After hiking Vesuvius they got us lots of ice for our sore joints. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had a lovely tub and bidet. The location is great especially for nice walks by the water in the evening. We will definitely stay here again!
