We absolutely LOVED our stay, wish we had stayed here longer. The hotel and rooms are stunning. It was in the city so with the shutters open you could here the street but at night we closed the shutters and had a great dark and quiet room. VERY convenient to the downtown shopping and Spanish quarters. Loved that we stayed in a historic building, we did a walking tour and our guide talked all about it. You should definitely book your stay here!

This hotel was once a palace. It is ornate and opulent and is the site of significant Italian history. It is thoughtfully restored and impressive. It is a 19th century palace so understand that not every modern amenity is as o e might expect. Eg the bathroom is fully updated but separated by a screen vs a wall. We thought the hotel was amazing and unique.

Magnifico!

This is one of the most spectacular hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a palazzo built in the 1700s. We were upgraded to the Boudoir room, a circular room gold gilded mirrors and walls, magnificent ceiling frescoes and paintings. It’s like stepping into a history. Danilo and Umberto were amazing hosts.
