"The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Price wise it could improve a little bit.
The hotel is close to a bus that takes you to the airport but a little separated from the city downtown. While the hotel is great the zone near the hotel is not so good, lots of homeless a few blocks away from the hotel. All things considered, I recommend it as it is still cheaper than other hotels next to the port."

"The location was perfect for those intending to use the train system for tourism, like going to Pompei or Rome. The room was very good, breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and kind. Despite facing the train station the acoustic isolation of the room was perfect. The only cons: I wasn’t offered a room upgrade, the 20% discount in beverages and foods was never mentioned and I was not able to reduce the water temperature of the shower.
I would definitely stay there again and can...

"My wife and I could not be happier about our 1 week stay at Villa Nettuno. David, our host and owner could not have done even one thing more that would have made our stay any better! Always near by if we needed anything and he even decorated our room with champagne, flowers and happy birthday and anniversary decorations upon our return the night of the event! The rooms are immaculate and have all of the accoutrements of the finest hotels. If you are planning a trip to Positano and you do not...

"I just want to start by saying the negative reviews although not a reason to not book, were concerning. However, from the moment we were picked up by our private driver, we were THOROUGLY impressed with the experience!
We arrived early and were able to check-in extremely early, instead of just dropping our bags off. Once inside the room, it was beautifully updated and extremely comfortable. We didn't spend much time there because we explored all day and night and I was there to run the marathon,...

"It's hard to find a breakfast with eggs, fruit, cheese, parma, yogurt, and pastries in Naples so this was a true highlight for us each morning. Super helpful staff at all hours with great suggestions about the surrounding neighborhood. The location is very good but I thought it was closer to the central train station. Not really walkable for the two of us in our late 60s. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had an excellent stay at Gallery Experience Napoli! We just stayed for 1 night en route to Sorrento, and it was the perfect choice for our stopover. The room was extremely comfortable, and we particularly loved having the jacuzzi bath to unwind after our flight.
What really stood out though was the outstanding service from the staff. After spending a few days in Sorrento, we returned to Naples for our final day before flying home. The team were incredibly accommodating and happily let us...
