I had a wonderful stay at Dimora Duomo! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and quick. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Naples! It’s a true gem!

This hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and modern. Above all, Marco (from the hotel staff) was the best. He was proactive to make sure my wife and I had the best experience. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to Naples.

While staying in Naples, my husband and I chose Dimora Duomo as our accommodation. It did not disappoint! One of the biggest highlights of the stay was definitely Marco! Prior to our arrival in Naples, he sent information about the location, asked if we wanted a drive from the train station and made sure we were all set for our stay. Upon arrival, Marco offered courteous and friendly service. Even a map of all of the things to see! The room was VERY spacious and was even set up with Netflix, such a treat! The bathroom was nice, but most importantly, the space was very clean! The accommodation offered a very generous daily breakfast brought to your room. You could choose from MANY options ! What a treat! I definitely recommend this stay for anyone visiting Naples. The location is also very central! Close to the downtown core, the train station, but away from the chaos.

The building is old but the room very modern with well appointed rooms and stocked mini bar. There’s no manned reception but Marco met us on arrival and was most helpful including giving a map and marking up some places to eat and see. We had pizza in two of those places and was authentic experience with superb food. Had a small issue with the shower which was sorted straightaway. Breakfast is pastries and coffee in the room or next door in a cafe. Again traditional Italian breakfast of sweet things. Did both and was all good. Would recommend unless you don’t like a small elevator or going up steps. Neither bothered me. Thanks Marco. Napoli is an amazing city with great history well worth a visit and a stay here.

Wir verbrachten vier Nächte im Hotel Dimora Duomo und haben unseren Aufenthalt vom ersten Moment an genossen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und erhielten ein Upgrade von einem Zimmer im 1. Stock auf ein wunderschönes Zimmer im 5. Stock – mit herrlichem Blick über die Stadt! Das Zimmer war modern, makellos gepflegt und sah genau so aus wie auf den Fotos – stilvoll eingerichtet mit einer modernen, einladenden Atmosphäre, die perfekt zum historischen Charme des Gebäudes passt. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum historischen Stadtkern, ideal, um Neapel zu Fuß zu entdecken. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich perfekt gereinigt, war angenehm ruhig, und es gab Fön, Duschgel, Seife und täglich frische Handtücher. Das im Zimmer servierte Frühstück war ein wunderbarer Service und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Marco, der uns gleich bei der Ankunft geholfen hat, einen tollen Pizzakurs zu organisieren und zu buchen – ein echtes Highlight! Am Abreisetag durften wir außerdem unser Gepäck noch für einige Stunden im Hotel lassen, was sehr praktisch war. Alle Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Hotel Dimora Duomo uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Neapel sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Everything was wonderful for my week long stay in Napoli at Dimora Duomo. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast each day was a perfect start to the day. My room was large with high ceiling, excellent air conditioning, a small kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Check in was smooth and entering / exiting the property was easy. I will look to stay here again on my next visit to Napoli.

We were greeted by a member of the staff and she walked us through everything for the building and made recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The noise from the side streets was pretty loud, but died down later in the night.

There is a lot to love! The location is great, only a short walk to everything you want to see. The staff communicated before and during our stay and were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a great perk and there were a lot of options to choose from. It was even better that it was delivered right to your room. The room was very comfortable - the mattress was great, the shower was very large. If you are headed to Naples, don't hesitate to book here!

Good location , close to the Scapa Napoli which is well worth a visit. The breakfast system was nice, you get to choose the day before and it delivered to your room in the morning. It was delicious. Nice TV system too.
