We stayed at this property for one night before departing for the United States, and it was an excellent choice! Since we had only one night in Naples, the hotel’s location was ideal, with easy walking access to the pedestrian-friendly historic old town. The hotel manager was very helpful and kindly arranged a taxi for our 4:30 a.m. departure, which we really appreciated. This is a very small, intimate property, so if you’re looking for a full-service hotel with lots of amenities, it may not be the right fit. However, if you value a convenient location, personalized service, and good value for money, this hotel is a great choice.

Wow, we loved this place! From the minute we arrived, over 3 hours before check in, until we left, the staff were incredible! It is new, clean, and has everything you need! The blow drier is the nicest I have used! There is even an iron, a nice surprise! A fabulous and relaxing feeling, a cute little balcony! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel/property is located in an older building. The rooms were on the second floor. This is an easy stair climb, but there is also a lift. It's definitely a unique hotel. We got a little Las Vegas vibe to our Pink room. The Pink room was small but the high ceilings give it a larger feel. We had a little table and chairs on the balcony. Very comfortable bed and the best pillows ever. Anna the host was very sweet and helpful.

This was a fantastic hotel room. We only stayed a night. I definitely will select this property in the future to stay in Napoli again for longer. It was a bit difficult to locate the property. It was at the exactly at the address an entrance to an apartments between two shops. A secure large wrought iron entrance. Small elevator. We sent the luggage up with one of us while the other two walked up the one flight. The owner met us to get in. All the rooms were color named and had isolated WIFI for just that room. This was the pink room. We loved it. There was plenty of room for three of us. A queen bed and a pull out single (or comfy chair). High ceilings. Large closet. All the normal amenities: coffee, tea, small fridge etc. It was a corner room with two balconies. One balcony off the bedroom area had seating for two and small table. It over looked a side street with a peak to the main street hubbub was lovely to sit and watch people and busy city and see it turn peaceful a night as sun dropped. There is also one balcony off the bathroom also with plenty room. The bathroom balcony had a privacy shade pull down. We also loved the bathroom, it was larger than expected. We were really impressed with the modern look and feel of the rooms and inside the property very new and clean. A little difficulty with communication but not a deterrent. Very helpful (couple) owners. Only 26min in traffic from airport (took only 10 minutes at 5am).

We were so pleased with the service, location and the amenities at Gallery Experience. It was the perfect location in getting to and from several important locations in town, an easy walk to the historical district, train station and the meeting point to where all our tours were based out of. There were many great foodie spots nearby along with a little supermarket to pick up the odd thing you needed. The owners were very friendly and very helpful as they provided an extensive info package to navigate your way through Naples. We arrived early and they provided secure locker space within the hotel until the room was ready. They also helped with booking an early morning airport transfer with a taxi. The room was very clean, quiet and cool (it was very hot and it was always nice to come back to a cool room and not needing to wait for things to cool down)!! We enjoyed the modern theme of the hotel and it honestly was a nice surprise and change. One night we enjoyed an evening dinner on our balcony as we picked up some street food and wine and brought it back to the room. They had corkscrew and wine glasses in the room so it was a lovely evening and easy to enjoy We also loved having the coffee maker in our room as we enjoy having a cup of coffee before we head out but they also had a variety of teas as well. The room was accommodated with almost everything you could possibly need from sewing kits to drying racks! We were impressed! Well done and thank you!

Had a great time at the property. Was extremely close to everything from literally being a block away from the pizzeria da Michelle to Scappanapoli to the train station. As convenient you can get. Just so you know to go up to the 3rd floor the elevator requires you to insert like 10 cents. If you are like me and do not read the instructions well you can just go and ask the caretaker upfront and he will give you the change and charge the property. Very straightforward and convenient. Highly recommend!!!

Our room was very stylish, they had done a great job on the renovations. They had some plumbing issues, when we first arrived the sink had no water, but they fixed that within 10 minutes. Then later, one of us flooded the bathroom while using the shower with a very low lip. After that, we used the water at a reduced volume, and there was no flooding again. The main issue, like we’ve had with all the places we’ve stayed here in Europe, is the lack of counter space in the bathrooms. There’s no place to to hang your dirty clothes when you take them off or place to put your clean clothes if you want to put them on in the bathroom, the counter space is abysmal at best. And the odd thing is all of these bathrooms had plenty of room for a small shelf unit or a hanging shelf unit if each of us had had our own 12 x 30“ shelf we could’ve left our cosmetics in there instead of packing them out twice a day. Style is great but function is better.
