"The stay was brilliant, 10 minute walk to train station where you can get trains to Sorrento/Pompeii or buses to Amalfi/Positano. Much less crowded than Sorrento centre. The pool area is great and was very quiet when we stayed. The double room although basic, has everything you need including a TV and good AC. "Beautiful property. Staff were very nice. View was amazing. The restaurant was good but not a big selection. We booked this hotel based on location and shuttle to airport. Didn’t know until we got there shuttle didn’t start until 9am which didn’t work for us. Hotel did arrange a cab and take away breakfast (we paid for cab 70€)"

"We are a family of 4 traveling around Italy for 2 weeks with a rental car. We stayed in Naples for 2 nights to see Pompeii. This is a beautiful hotel with large clean rooms, a lovely garden and spa services. We did not use any spa services but the breakfast was great. The staff is very professional and was very helpful. "Great value for your money! We had a spacious villa with a table and chairs to sit outside overlooking Sorrento. The pools were great. Water slides to the busy pool and a second pool for adults only with great views as well. Ample on-site parking. Walk down to the beach is about 300 stairs so don't forget anything! Nice small beach with good snorkeling/swimming. "

"Very Janky. Could not tell if my door locked, and had to have a friend come check from the outside. Toilet dirty. Sheets dirty stains, had to have hotel worker come get my things out of my rooms since they were locked inside, he had to use multiple keys to get in. There was absolutely nothing around the property, and could not get any transportation out of the area. I booked a single room for 2 nights and ended up leaving the same day I got there, completely out of the money I spent. Worst...
