Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Great place. Very clean, secure, and plenty of space. Right next to a grocery store, and walking distance to the train station and other public transportation. Our only complaint is not about the apartment, but the area around the apartment. It was dirty and seemed a bit rough. However, I'm told most of Naples is this way, and this area is no different. Either way, the apartment itself is great.

Wir waren für eine Nacht in Neapel. Dafür war die Unterkunft noch ok. Kleine Küchenzeile, schnelles WLAN, Fernseher und Balkon waren ins unserem Apartment vorhanden. Allerdings würde ich nicht zu viel erwarten. Die Lage ist relativ zentral, in ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg ist man mitten im Centro Storico oder der Stazione Centrale. Zum Flughafen sind wir mit dem Taxi gefahren (Festpreis €22-27 je nach Tageszeit). Fahrzeit 15 Minuten. Positiv: Die Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp unproblematisch. Alles hat wie vereinbart geklappt. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Apartmentgebäude (€4/ Std. bzw. €20/ Nacht). Türcode kommt ebenfalls via WhatsApp. Handtücher sind eingeschweißt, Shampoo und Duschgel in der 60 cm breiten Dusche vorhanden. Alles in allem sauber. Negativ: Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Alles mit deutlichen Abnutzungserscheinungen. Die direkte Umgebung ist nicht sonderlich einladend. Es gibt keinen persönlichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Die Nutzung des engen Fahrstuhls kostet 5 Cent (bitte passend, keine Kartenzahlung 😉)
