The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave great tips on how to get around, places to see and eat. They were able to check us in early as well. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had a balcony. The room was refreshed daily as well. We were a little away from the main historic center which is what we wanted so it was quiet and there was a great restaurant on the same block for dinner and good rooftop bars close by. So we arrived in Naples and were quite exhausted after our travel from Pompeii. Miss Gemma received us so graciously. She gave us a healthy ginger drink to refresh us. She explained in great detail about keys, amenities, and how things worked. We were there just one night. We would stay there again if we go back to Naples. If you want to stay in the heart of vibrant city life I would recommend this B&B.

This hotel is absolutely delicious in every way, except finding it. Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all. We just finished our 12-day stay at this excellent B & B.. it was centrally located which allowed us to accomplish all that we wanted to do on our vacation. We used METRO (a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Museo stop), taxis, ferries, and trains for our transportation. Claudio, the owner was very helpful in explaining how to get around. In addition, he would book our taxis and they would be waiting for us at the scheduled time. The night before, we would tell him what time we wanted breakfast...

I don't know if I have the words to express how much we enjoyed our stay. From arriving and getting a snack and drink to greet us to Guiliana's concern that we had everything we needed for our longer than typical B&B stay (we stayed almost 2 weeks) the Napolinn was the absolute perfect spot to us to stay. I liked the properties conditions, very clean and confortable, great and conveniently located. The staff and service was excellent, but unfortunately in occasion the surrounding area was not at the level of the quality of the property.

I strongly recommend staying at Palazzo Doria Napoli. The hotel is an experience unto itself. It was conveniently located (short taxi ride from the airport and to the central train station), including walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. The rooms were incredibly clean, decadent, and stylish. The staff were responsive and offered helpful recommendations for dining, and navigating locally.

It is right by the metro station, very convenient to use metro to move around, but the metro has few lines, and run in 9 min interval, The hotel check in after 8pm need pay 20 euro for a staff to stay late. Otherwise, it is an excellent place to stay in Naples.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent. If you are on a cruise, it is walkable to the port. We would definitely book here again!

Very central to the old streets of Napoli. Unique rooms with a wonderful helpful staff. The breakfast is excellent.
