"Very good clean hotel. When I checked into my room the heat would not work. A technician was needed and was not available. In the morning the issue was fixed completely. There was not another room to move me to. I was provided with a portable heater which worked perfectly well for the night."

He gave us a couple of restaurant recommendations - we tried both during our stay and they were excellent tips. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"
