"Very clean rooms. Housekeeping staff are very nice and helpful. Convenient that they have the 24/7 airport shuttle. Not much around the area. Nearest coffee shops / stores are 12 mins walk. Or you can take the bus if you don’t mind waiting for half an hour, to the nearest train station."

"Friendly staff. Free Airport shuttle was convenient. Driver came quickly after a phone call at the airport exit. Check-in was quick. Clean room and comfortable beds. Microwave is in a common area but not inside the room. Pool was nice but hot tub was out of order when we were there. Great location for food and shopping. Sky train is across the street for a downtown trip. There is a walking path by the river. Great hotel over all."

"This time we stayed in an executive suite, and the temperature imbalance was really uncomfortable. The living room was nice and cool, but the bedroom was unbearably hot—it felt like the air conditioning might not have been working properly. I woke up in the middle of the night completely soaked in sweat, and my family members were also feeling close to heat exhaustion. In the end, we all had to sleep in the living room. For the bed sheets, there were yellow stains."
