Designed with elegance and simplicity, the villa is bathed in natural light throughout, creating a warm and inviting ambience. The entrance opens to a central corridor leading to the fully equipped kitchen, which features an induction hob, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer—ideal for preparing meals with ease.

From the kitchen, guests step into a spacious and sunlit living room that overlooks the northern end of Lake Maggiore. The living area is beautifully furnished with two leather sofas, a sofa bed, and a modern wood-burning stove, making it the perfect space for gathering, unwinding, and enjoying the stunning scenery through large glass doors.

A staircase of sixteen steps leads to the first floor, where two bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. The master bedroom features a corner wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A unique suspended bridge-shaped corridor connects it to the second bedroom or study, which includes a sofa bed suitable for an adult, a writing desk, and a private bathroom with a shower.
