  • Hello everyone,
    🏡I am renting out my 170m2 villa in the town of Mios at the entrance to the Arcachon Basin.
    🌳Quiet location with forest views.
    📅Available from June 28, 2025 to August 30, 2025
    Rates:
    🪙€3000 per week including sheets, towels and cleaning

    The house includes:

    On the first floor
    1 master suite with a 180X200 bed, dressing room and 1 bathroom with double vanity, shower and bathtub
    1 bedroom with 2 90X200 beds

    A Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed; 1 bedroom with a 180x200 bed; 1 bathroom with double sinks and shower; 1 WC; Fully equipped kitchen; Living room with sofa and TV; Dining room with a large dining table for 8-10 people; Pantry with washing machine; Covered terrace with sheltered garden furniture; Barbecue, sun loungers, table and Chilean chairs 🏊‍♂️ Chlorine pool 🏆 Petanque court under construction 🏖 The villa is located close to all the beaches of the Arcachon Basin (approximately 25 min), Biscarosse (40 min), the Sanguinet lakes (20 min), and 25 min from Bordeaux ❗️❗️❗️ ATTENTION: A cat 🐱 lives in the house. If you are allergic or have a phobia, unfortunately, we will not be able to rent the house to you.
