Ariel Dunes II is a wonderful place to stay. This unit has a wonderful view but was not clean- dusty fans, dusty figurines, dirty furniture and floors and the refrigerator/freezer did not cool correctly. Contact with owner was quick and was told would address these issues for the next renters since our stay was short this was acceptable. Hope the follow through is completed because the unit is a nice space.

It was absolutely amazing. Beautiful view, such awesome place to eat. The place was clean and under security which makes you feel safe. We will be back

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean and exactly as described. Location has a great view of the beach and sunsets. Would gladly return.

Weekend getaway

Room was clean and everything was great. Didn’t have any issues. Cabana Cafe is also a great place to eat on property.

I don’t leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing. We have stayed in Miramar twice a year for several years now. The cleanliness was unacceptable stained couches, heavy dust buildup on surfaces like headboards, and worn, dirty furniture that looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The pull-out couch was also broken and unusable.The property does not match the listing photos. The dishwasher is not white as shown, and the toaster is completely different. Overall, the unit is not accurately represented online.Beyond that, the building itself had ongoing issues. The elevators were down most of the week, leaving the entire building relying on one elevator, and we experienced repeated periods without running water.I provided clear photos of the condition, yet the host denied any issues and even attempted to blame me for the broken couch despite them previously acknowledging it was not working.For the price paid, this was absolutely not worth it. I would not stay at a place like this unless I was very desperate. The lack of cleanliness, inaccurate listing, and poor response from the host made this a very frustrating experience.

Sufficient; not comfortable

We’ve stayed at Ariel Dunes II before in other units - it is ideally located to amenities and has easy access to the beach w/ beautiful views. This host had excellent communication about check in. The unit is near the elevator for easy in and out. However, you hear the elevators clanging all night long. The unit itself is not comfortable. The pull-out couch is broken and the cushions on the couch and matching chair are so filthy and broken down, there is nowhere to sit or relax. The balcony has a miss-matched set of bar height chairs and low dining table, so you cannot eat, recline or relax on the balcony. The appliances are old and squeak, rattle and clank; ice machine can barely keep up. The bedroom is tiny and has mismatched broken furniture. The cleaning crew is doing the bare minimum as the floors were sandy and filthy the moment we arrived. This unit is rated for 6; we were uncomfortable with 3 and one of those was a 6 year old.
