Villa Lago is 1 block from house with different activities each night for the whole family; fireworks, movie night on fhe lawn, "Fly Guy" show (a must see), live band concerts, magic shows, etc…it varies so check the site. Live music all around, piano bar, marina, 3 Golf Courses, Tennis /Pickleball Club, amazing GYM, 2 Spas, Kids Club, shopping, all on campus. We have filled the villa with our favorite " vacation things" , leaving nothing out. We hope that you will agree, "Tuscan Tides"... is the perfect place for you to call "home"!

-Pack less and play more with our fully stocked beach garage. We have toys, boogie boards, beach toys, noodles, balls, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and more already provided for you!

- Two electric golf carts for your use around Sandestin Resort! Do some guests want to head to the beach while others want to play tennis? No worries! Having two golf carts means you can keep everyone happy and the car in the driveway. New 6 seater with radio and back up camera and a 4 seater.

- Modern and furnished kitchen with oven, electric cooktop, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher and plenty of cooking tools. You'll have everything needed for making sandwiches for the beach, or a night at home cooking dinner(including crockpot)We have a brew coffee pot and a Keurig for making the perfect cup of Joe to start your day!

-Open and spacious living area provides a comfortable space for the whole family to gather, play games, watch movies and dine! Step out onto the back porch to grill or take inn the gorgeous gold course views. Large HDTV is equipped with Netflix and Google Chromecast for streaming your favorite movies from any app on your phone.


-Bedroom Breakdown
Room #1- Located downstairs, prefect for early risers or guests who prefer not to use the stairs everyday. This room is equipped with a Queen bed, Smart TV, and uses the downstairs spa bath with pebble floored, glass enclosed shower.

--Room #2- Second Floor Suite with two twin beds than can be pushed together as one bed, en-suite bath with pebble floored, glass enclosed shower, HDTV with Google Chromecast form streaming and closet.

--Room #3- second Floor Bunk Room! The kids or kids at heart) will love this room. Features two bunk beds: one standard twin and one Full/twin combo. Huge closet for storing luggage. En-Suite bathroom with large tub. HDTV with Google Chromecast for streaming and Blue-ray player.

--Room #4- The King Master Suite. Huge room with private balcony surrounded by palm trees. Enjoy the large spa bath with Jacuzzi tub, Mr. Steam pebbled floored shower and two shower heads, double vanities, and a relaxing spa color palate. Beach Access:

The beach access for Tuscan TIdes is the Sandestin Beach Access located at the Beach House Restaurant 2 miles inside the gates of resort from the home. You will find the easy access to Baytown Wharf entertainment, dining and shoping far outweight the cart drive to the beach. Take a cart or your personal car!

Pool Access:

Homes within the Villa Lago Community have access to four pools in the Sandestin Resort. One of the pools is located just steps away from the home , so no need to load everyone in the car! The other pools are : SOA Pool 1, SOA Pool #2, and our personal favorite, the NEW Phil Hummel Aquatic Center.

-Cleaned with disinfectant
-Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
-All towels and bedding washed in hot water that's at least 60 degrees C/140 degrees F
-High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles and faucets)

Owner/Agent and employees cannot be held responsible for : The failing of any other company due to said company’s error or service interruption {i.e. electricity, water, gas, cable, wireless provider, etc.} and acts of neighbors such as: construction, road repair and maintenance or act of god (weather).
