Maravilla 1303 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo in Destin, FL that sleeps 8. This unit is so spacious you'll have plenty of room to spread out. The updated kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal. The living room offers an HDTV and is large enough for everyone to join in on family movie night or to play games. It is open to the dining room and kitchen so everyone can be together while doing their own thing. Just off the living room, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy morning coffee while viewing the sparkling waters of the Gulf. The master king suite offers an HDTV, balcony access, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. The bunk room has a children's sized set of bunks and an HDTV, perfect for the younger crowd. Conveniently a washer and dryer is located in the unit. Need a little more sleeping space? This vacation rental condo also offers a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests, sleeping a total of 8.

Maravilla is a 33 acre beach front community with 500 feet of deeded beach access. The community has gated access from US 98 and Scenic Gulf Drive. Other community features are two pools (one heated seasonally), hot tub, clubhouse with kitchen and community room, fitness room, association management on site, two tennis courts, Basketball, shuffleboard, and direct beach access to the beach and gulf. Maravilla is perfectly located to the best shopping, dining, and entertaining on the Emerald Coast.
