Welcome to Beach Retreat, your ideal home away from home in the Gulf Pines neighborhood of Miramar Beach. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers comfort and convenience for up to 14 guests. Explore the neighborhood or head to the beach using the provided Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) and bikes. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing everything from morning coffee to family meals. The master suite features a king bed with direct access to the patio and pool. Guest Bedroom 1 includes two sets of twin-over-twin bunks, perfect for kids, while Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer cozy queen beds. Additionally, both the sitting/office area and living room include a sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Outside, you'll find a private pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a sandpit volleyball court, creating the perfect space for dining and relaxing together. With parking for up to four cars, you can easily host friends and family for an unforgettable beach vacation at Beach Retreat.

Grocery stores, wine shops, and one of the nation's largest discount designer centers, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are nearby. Family amusements, seasonal festivals, outdoor concerts, specialty shops, lively bars, and a wide array of restaurants are minutes away at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as swank Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
