The dining table and the breakfast bar are great places for sharing meals and conversations with loved ones.
This family-friendly condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, Purple mattresses, and flatscreen TVs with cable. The main bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower. Additionally, guests who decide to book this home away from home will be granted access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court. Plus, you will be just a short walk to the pickleball courts! Added conveniences include fast WiFi, while shared coin-operated washers and dryers can be found outside.
You'll be located just a short walk from the public beach access. Guests can rent jet skis, paddleboards, and beach chairs/umbrellas. The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill restaurant is right on the beach and offers a delicious menu and cold drinks. Silver Sands Premium Outlets are two miles away and you can’t miss their sales! If you happen to be an avid golfer, enjoy golfing on-site with Seascape (for a fee) and golfing less than three miles away at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, so pack your golf clubs and don’t miss this opportunity to practice your best swings. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
