"The eleven in our family - grandparents, parents, children - enjoyed this spacious house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The second floor balcony was nice for morning coffee, the den plenty big and comfortable for family entertainment, and the dining table big enough for all of us to be together. Our host was responsive to every question and need prior to and during our stay. The short walk to the private beach, chairs and umbrellas available, beautiful aqua water and white sand really did make us think that for a few days - not enough days - we were in paradise. "

"Close to the beach 5 minute walk. Close to the Soundwave concert venue.Nice place to stay.Would rent again but a little pricey.Only complaint is just a partial roll of TP in each bathroom without extras."

"We love Destin. It’s one of our favorite places to go. The place was clean when we arrived. We had issues with parking but the host was great with communicating and helping us with the vehicles that were parked in our spot. The 2 space parking spot was tight but we figured it out with maneuvering our SUVs. My only issue was the living room deck. We did not utilize it which was upsetting. It had a lean to it and the braces were detached. We were told that they previously had a contractor there to fix it but we were not comfortable being on it. Our neighbors were outside and also said something about the lean of the deck. Otherwise it was a great space and being on the beach was wonderful. "

"This was the perfect location for our week long stay! It is one block off the bea h and is fully equipped for families! Communication with the owners was immediate and flawless! "

"Beautiful home. Well maintained. Can walk directly out to the beach. The local umbrella and chair service was excellent and easy to book- actually can book while you’re on the beach. Lots of useful cookware. All appliances that you would need were available. Plenty of towels. Lots of TV’s for all the different ages to watch movies. Bring your own throw blankets, these were not provided but definitely not a deal breaker for this to be a 5 star home. "
