144 square metres with 3 bedrooms - one with a King bed (main bedroom room), one with a Queen bed and one has a single bed.

Large, spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, pantry, dishwasher and microwave. Kitted out with crockery and cooking utensils, it's a cook's delight! The windows are all screened, there are fans in every room, even the bathroom.

The home is elevated; a true queenslander, allowing breezes to circulate underneath, and through the home, keeping it cool. There is also a large air conditioner in the main lounge room, helping keep the house cool.

There is a large 4 metre deck off the living area and a balcony that runs along the bedrooms.

For families, there is lots of open space around the house for kids to run around on and some amazing fresh water swimming holes during Summer on the property and nearby to enjoy. Kilometres of walking tracks up the mountain for the adventurous.
