This home is built on a stone basement. The smell of humidity can be noted from time to time and when seasons change.

Additional street parking is available. If you are traveling with a vehicle that is larger than a standard car, truck or SUV OR if you are pulling an attachment such as a Uhaul, trailer, etc, you MUST park on Floyd Street.
