"Property was clean and room looked nice but if your a light sleeper it is rather noisy. Also the blackout curtains weren’t great and it was very bright in the morning. We drive a larger vehicle and they were able to accommodate by letting us park in the contractor area on the backside of the building. Starbucks in the lobby was great, we were going to have breakfast in the restaurant but they were really pushing us to have the buffet which multiple in our group didn’t want so we skipped it. Overall nice place but overpriced for the sleep quality."

"Cancelled last minute with a excuse for "to many people over which was 6, could've communicated earlier but decided to cancel day of at 2 am.... Still have not received my refund."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this property. The conditions were unacceptable—there were used condoms left in the room, and the bathroom was visibly dirty. The level of cleanliness was far below any reasonable standard, especially for a place that presents itself well online. To make matters worse, my child became sick during our stay, which forced us to leave early. Despite this, I was still charged for a room I did not even book, and management refused to waive any of the fees. This lack of accountability and customer care only added to an already terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. What was advertised online is completely misleading compared to the reality. This was by far one of the worst stays I have ever had."

"The place is clean and comfy. Washer, dryer, stove and dishwasher were all working fine. If dishwashing liquid was provided for hand washing dishes, it would be even better. Host responded quickly. Overall I am very happy with my stay."
