The room was a clean, big room. Great rate, and good location. Area around the motel is run down, unfortunately, but this is a gem. Breakfast was disappointing,, no protein options, just lots of carbs

A tired little hotel made for resting after a long days drive and moving on the next morning. Comfortable bed, friendly staff and a hot shower, but not much more. Conveniently right off the interstate in a quiet area.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and size was good but beds need serious updating. Location was concerning and sketchy but had no problems after check in. Overall a good one night stay after traveling all day but probably would not recommend for an extended stay.

This property is old and run down but clean. The parking lot is falling apart also! The location is great to be able to drive a little further from Sioux City. If I hadn’t booked on line we probably wouldn’t have stopped. But the desk staff were some of the best we’ve ever encountered! Kind, friendly and helpful‼️ The continental breakfast was a typical one but they had fresh bakery sweet rolls ‼️

Based on the reviews we were concerned before we walked into the hotel…When we got to the hotel it was surprising at how nice this hotel was for the price! The room was clean and the bed was super comfy! I was amazed!

Street sign and difficulty of finding the location. The step out of the bathtub was longer than I anticipated. I was glad for flexibility of my ankle. There could have been an additional hand towel and wash cloth left to use. The room was clean! Staff was cordial. There was a fix to an outlet that was done immediately. Our keys had to be reprogrammed twice.
