"The suite was incredibly large and had great amenities. The whole place was very clean. The carpet had seen better days but with the cleanliness and obvious care from the staff it really didn’t matter. The desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The grounds are well maintained and it’s close to restaurants, fast food, 5 minutes from downtown. Lovely big Davidson park very close and the waterpark is just across the street."

"Overall my sisters and I had a nice stay. Arriving, the curb appeal is lacking, but once inside it’s clean and pleasantly decorated. We were provided with nice bedding, big towels, some snacks and a full water cooler. The kitchen cupboards were clearly marked as to each one’s contents. The mattresses were excellent. The big reclining chairs and couch comfortably seat four and the back deck is large but lacked much comfortable seating. The house is in a good location.One negative is that there is a studio apartment in the basement. One of the guest bedrooms is apparently above it and my sister could hear talking. She’s a sound sleeper so wasn’t impacted, but a light sleeper could be.The host replied quickly to all my messages, but I did ask him to send arrival and check out information (but to be fair he may have planned to send the info and I asked before he could.)"
