"I urgently needed a room for the night due to a cancelled flight. It was conveniently located and had good availability. Current construction works in the area make it a little noisy."

"Excellent centrally located opposite the Hauptbahnhof. Nice big room with walk in shower. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff except no answer by phone with queries, only email! Unfortunately outside our room was noisy with early morning building work which is no fault of the hotel. Would always stay again."

"The staff and room itself were fine, the issue was the air conditioning was broken during a heatwave. We checked out at 23:00 unable to sleep. Staff initially refused to refund until the next day, but eventually did it. Went to Doubletree by Hilton instead which had working air con. Staff admitted it was too hot to sleep in."

"The rooms are very new and clean. The AC is not that good and did not work as it should. The evening check staff lady and the morning breakfast ones could not be more Miserable. The house keeping knocks on the door before check out and even when the sign was on. Overall nice clean hotel, location is so so. The staff are not polite. The male in the morning was very pleasant and helpful."
