Het appartement zag er prima uit. Netjes en ruim. Alleen is het vreemd dat er niemand bij de receptie was. We moesten de ingevulde papieren zo achter laten. Zelfs nog geen brievenbus gezien om het erin te doen. We hebben geen contact gehad met de eigenaar. De parkeergarage was mooi maar wel krap. Verder geen aanmerkingen

Wunderbarer Aktivurlaub in den Alpen

Wir waren mit der Familie (alle erwachsen) in den Alpen zu unserem ersten echten Wanderurlaub. Ziel: 2000er schaffen, vielleicht sogar mehr. Die Lage des Hauses, das sehr groß ist und viele Ferienwohnungen hat, ist direkt bei der Mittelstation der Seilbahn, die von Hollersabch auf den Resterkogel (Resterhöhe) führt. Das Haus liegt auf 1250 m Höhe und daher war es bei uns nie richtig heiß (Fahrt im Juli, im Tal zum Teil über 30 Grad, bei uns nachts stets schön kühl). Allerdings liegt die Wohnung an der Bundesstraße, auf der tagsüber sehr viel los ist, es ist dann relativ laut, vor allem, wenn die Kitzbüheler Sportwagenfahrer vorbeirauschen. Nachts war es dagegen stets ruhig. Die Wohnung ist schön, geräumig, gut eingerichtet (gute Betten), lediglich die Kücheneinrichtung entsprach nicht zu 100% unseren wünschen (keine große Teekanne, relativ kleiner Kühlschrank). Aber das war am Ende unbedeutend. Als Ausgangsort für Wanderungen ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen: Für uns waren alle Startpunkte der Wanderungen innerhalb von 15-30 Autominuten erreichbar. Zwar wäre das Tal (Mittersill, Hollersbach) ein (noch) besserer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, aber siehe oben: Dort wird es im Hochsommer ziemlich heiß. Andrea (Managerin des Hauses) ist super!

Mooi, schoon appartement, alleen niet geschikt voor 8 personen zoals in omschrijving. Wij waren met 5 personen, hele kleine koelkast. En bestek veel te weinig, vooral de messen. Droogrek ontzettend klein, 2 handdoeken en dan hangt deze al vol. En maar 6 stoelen aan eettafel. Ligt hoog gelegen, dus moet voor supermarkt ed rekening houden met 10/15 minuten rijden.

Prima locatie en appartement

Goede ervaring met de touroperator. Correctheid aan de telefoon en via de mail. Reden om weer met organisatie gegaan. Enig minpuntje tijdens ons verblijf was dat er maar een setje sleutels van het appartement beschikbaar was, gezien de samenstelling van het reisgezelschap. Graag bij een volgend appartement een dubbele set sleutels!

Perfekte Unterkunft für Leute, die einfach nur Ski fahren wollen. Kurze Wege zum Lift, keine Wartezeiten, abends auf Skiern fast bis in den Keller. Großzügiges Appartementhaus, Tiefgarage inklusive, moderne, bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung - besonders in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Moderne Technik, W-LAN im Appartement, sehr effektive Fußbodenheizung, sehr freundliches Personal! Das Ein- und Auschecken ging reibungslos, kleine Mängel wurden sofort abgestellt. Was wir nicht so toll fanden Frühstück um 9.00 Uhr im angrenzenden Restaurant war uns deutlich zu spät, selbst den Brötchenservice haben wir nur einmal in Anspruch genommen, weil erst um 8.00 Uhr geliefert wird. Aber wir sind halt auch Freaks, die mit der ersten Bahn auf den Berg wollen... o) Die Bilder im Netz sind (wie bei allen Anbietern) recht optimistisch - das Appartement war deutlich kleiner als erwartet. (Wie machen die nur diese Fotos???) Von einer Belegung mit mehr als 6 Personen würden wir abraten, da nur 6 Betten vorhanden sind. Es gibt zwar eine Schlafcouch in der Wohn/Küche, aber der Esstisch zählt nur 6 Stühle...?! Selbstversorger sind gut beraten, sich in einem der letzten Orte vor dem Ziel schon einmal grund zu versorgen, die Öffnungszeiten der Supermärkte sind etwas eingeschränkt. (sonntags nur Kitzbühel, in der nächsten Umgebung Schließzeit in der Woche schon um 18.00 Uhr) Alles in Allem unbedingt zu empfehlen! Preis/Leistung passt super!

Wohnung ist nicht für 7 oder 8 Personen geeignet.

Das Haus ist super ! Super Lage, super Skigebiet ! Tolles Ambiente und nette Menschen an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Die Wohnung ist für 4-6 Personen super. Schläft ein siebter Gast auf dem Sofa , sind Esszimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer belegt. Es können auch nur 6 Personen Essen, da Tisch und Stühle nur für 6 Personen vorhanden sind. Auf dem Balkon gab es noch mehr Sitzplätze, aber im Skiurlaub nicht zu empfehlen. Da zählt halt das Preisleistungs-Verhältnis. Leider gab es im kleinen Badezimmer überhaupt keine Ablage. Auch hier verweise ich auf das Preisleistungs-Verhältnis. Für den hohen Preis der Wohnung, hätten wir das erwartet. Ach und im Skikeller gab es leider auch nur für 6 Personen Stauraum.

Fantastische ontvangst! Geweldig en schoon appartement met alles wat je maar wensen kan. Prachtig uitzicht en direct aan de piste. Ook als je niet gaat skiën ben je in de wintersport sfeer. Gezellig terras voor lunch en apres ski!

Enige minpunt veel lawaaiig verkeer van de weg van Kitzbühel naar Mittersil. De andere kant van het gebouw zal daar dan geen last van hebben. Zeer groot balkon met eettafel en zithoekje was heel erg prettig. Vanuit het appartement leuke wandelroutes of direct met de gondel omhoog ( van 1200 naar 1800 meter.) Daar mooie wandeltochten te doen.

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Bernadette. Ze gaf ons een korte rondleiding door het appartement en wees ons de parkeerplaatsen in de garage. Het appartement was netjes schoongemaakt. De hoeslakens zaten al keurig om de dekbedden. We hadden een achtpersoons-appartement met twee badkamers (een met douche en een met ligbad) met in allebei een toilet. De keuken was ruim voorzien van goed 'keuken-materiaal'. Het elektrisch koken beviel ons iets minder, maar dat is mogelijk een kwestie van wennen. De Wi-Fi was uitstekend! Zonder problemen met meerdere apparaten op internet en dat ging prima. Per persoon kregen we een grote badhanddoek en een wat kleinere. Dat is was weinig voor een week, maar Bernadette heeft dat super voor 'opgelost'. Zij geeft je echt het gevoel van vakantie. Ze is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze staat altijd open voor een praatje en geeft goede tips m.b.t. de omgeving. Kortom...een super vakantieadres. Waar wij al rekening mee gehouden hadden, is het feit dat de winkels/supermarkten op zaterdag vroeger sluiten dan in Nederland. Zit de reis tegen dan kun je misschien geen boodschappen meer doen.
