"We missed our connection and made last minute reservation. 5 min walk from the terminal. Looked new but was told it’s over 30 yo. Pleasant surprise to get lounge access. BF was surprisingly good for an airport hotel. Staff super helpful. Room was small and amenities basic but super good value for money. Enthusiastically recommended!"

"This was my first capsule hotel stay, and STATION INN THE URASHIMA in Onomichi exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, right next to JR Onomichi Station, close to the port terminal for island trips, with plenty of dining options nearby and a large Lawson within walking distance. The hotel is on the second floor, with both an escalator and lift, making access easy even with luggage. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Showers are hot and tidy, and complimentary toiletries are provided, along with robes and slippers. The capsule itself is more spacious than expected, with a fan, lighting, and charging ports. There is a shared dining area with free tea and coffee, plus vending machines with drinks. Lockers are not large enough for even small suitcases, but luggage can be safely left near the capsule area. Do note that facilities are closed for cleaning between 10am–3pm, and there can be some noise at night depending on occupancy. Overall, a very positive first capsule hotel experience. Clean, comfortable, and a great base for exploring Onomichi and nearby islands."
