Horrible hotel. Should be shutdown.

Horrible hotel. Room was dark, dingy, dirty, rusted electric wires and lamps, dangerous room access floor and stairs. No breakfast. Staff was helpless due to poor managment.

The staff is really nice. Professional, helpful & accommodating! But there are a lot of new folks so if I do go back, & stay there, it would be nice to see if it’s changed for the better. The rooms are sorta clean but need a lot of work. A lot of the doors look like they got busted in a long time ago.

Not to bad! I got worried after reading all the horrible reviews and was to late to cancel. Comfortable bed, limited breakfast options, friendly staff. Bathroom floor were really dirty, need to mop.

Caution.....

We were scheduled to spend 2 days to relax before starting our trip home! Instead, I believe that room was infested with bed bugs or mites! There was also an overpowering chemical smell. The bathroom was clean but the tub really need to be replaced and the toilet seat! All the furniture should be replaced! I pulled the bedding off but still was unable to sleep. We made the decision to leave the next day. The staff was excellent and the condition of the lobby area was excellent! Had I known this hotel was a Super 8 affiliate I would not have booked it! Guests should be made aware of the affiliation instead of them saying the hotel is a Days Inn By Wyndham because this hotel was not they just have a license to use the name!

The window was broken. Everything was sticky including the remote that didnt work. When i went to front desk to get a different remote that one also was sticky and did not work. The lock on the door was extremely hard to engage. Didn’t feel safe at all being there with my daughters.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was nice and had a variety of options. The main problem i encountered was getting to the hotel. The sddress was not correct. First Google took us to a busy intersection and then an empty lot. But after we finally got there by calling the hotel and asking them, everything was great. The hotel itself is old, but its being remodelled.

Evening receptionist staff was awesome, along with the young lady that cleaned the room because it was nasty. The maintenance man was very nice. Night staff was very rude and unprofessional. Some of the cleaning crew need training in hospitality along with night receptionist.

The bed was the only good thing about my stay, nice and comfortable. The floor was slippery, like they put oil on it. Almost fell a few times. The room looked like it had been recently semi-updated but not completely put back together. No outlets for a USB port. There was very little to offer at breakfasts. The coffee was either instant with too much water or had been sitting in the pot for too long. Office people were nice.

The door to my room did not fully close and opened directly onto the parking lot. I had to slam it to get the latch to engage. On day 4 of my stay there was a cockroach in my room (just 1) and the staff came and took care of it for me, but I imagine it came in through the uncovered electrical outlet hole in the wall and who knows how many more there might be. On the plus side: waffles for breakfast and coffee every day. The room has been updated and the design is very cute. Great water pressure in the shower. And the parking lot is well lit without those lights shining into the rooms.

Service at check in was great! Very friendly! We booked 3 rooms, one was occupied already! Went to the desk, got another room, we were supposed to have handicap rooms, none were. Strange stains on the ceiling, bathroom nasty dirty! “Maintenance” knocked on the door about 11 pm, didn’t wait for us to answer, he walked in! Then told us this room, wasn’t listed as occupied, then walked out. No other explanation, I called the front desk but didn’t get an answer! If I wasn’t afraid to walk to the front desk, I would have went and talked to them! I will in the morning! Terrible experience!

This was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. They didn't even bother the sweep the floor: there was dust and trash on the floor when we got in. The bathroom counter top was so grimey that we couldn't wipe it clean. There was NO room sevice; I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. They didn't come at all to replace the towels or clean the room. We only decided to stay because it was late, we were visiting relatives and it was very late. The bed and sheets were clean, so we could sleep as long as we took care not to walk on the floor without shoes. The heater/air conditioner was fine. The room was quiet -- there were only a handful of guests there. The price was also very cheap, so we decided to stay the 3 nights we booked; but we spent most of the time outside with relatives, only sleeping ther overnight. but we won't stay there again. The room was large and roomy; the water was hot as should be, this should be a nice hotel. But it was not cared for at all. I don't understand how the people running the hotel were not ashamed that it was so dirty.

Only booked bc of event at hotel. The building & rooms needed major renovations. There was a hole in the wall, bathroom towels were stained & replaced with another dirty towel. When asked for extra towels, the girl at the front desk refused them. The walls were nasty, furniture had paint splattered all over, loose hair on doors, sink, & bathtub. RUN
