A welcoming haven

We arrived, after 24 hours of travel, to a clean, air conditioned haven. They allowed us to check-in a bit early as we arrived sooner than expected. Self check-in was clear and easy. The room looked brand new and had a very cool refrigerator on the wall, plus a beautiful rain shower, a king sized bed, WiFi etc. We were very comfortable and happy with the location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go.

Haus mit wenigen Zimmern. Lage an einer Hauptstraße. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten im Hof des Hotels, abgeschlossen nach außen. Das Zentrum liegt in Gehdistanz.

Die Unterkunft liegt in angenehmer Nähe zur Altstadt und eignet sich perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos – die Zugangsdaten waren gut erklärt, sodass der Zugang zum Zimmer unkompliziert war. Besonders angenehm: Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, ideal für eine Flasche Wasser oder Snacks. Die Fenster sind hervorragend schallisoliert – vom Straßenverkehr hört man praktisch nichts. Insgesamt eine ruhige, gut durchdachte Unterkunft mit allem, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht.

Quality of the rooms was excellent. Parking can be a challenge if you have any vehicle larger than a compact . Service by the attendant was exceptional. The lady absolutely made our visit memorable by reserving a tour of Aceto Giusit and 4Madonne when we were unable to do it . Thank you 🙏.

Alessandra was great and met us there when we arrived. The rooms were very modern and clean with plenty of shampoos and soaps and cold bottled water. Easy walk to the city center and easy to call a cab from. Would stay again!

Lovely on face value but….

We stayed 2 nights. The room was lovely and the location was great. We encountered a few small problems. The hot water was hot for 30 seconds, then went lukewarm. The mini fridge in the room makes all sorts of weird noises - all night. Our biggest problem was actually other inconsiderate guests. Because it’s a self check-in hotel, we had guests checking in after midnight both nights. Banging their cases up and down the stairs loudly and talking loudly. It disrupted our sleep terribly.
