Stayed here many times, the rooms are in need of a little sprucing up, but are more like mini apartments, most with mini kitchens and outside lounge area. Just a short walk from the Europa Centre, and a 40 minute transfer from the airport. All in all reasonably good for the price.

Best Hotel in puerto rico gran canaria

Love this hotel can't fault it one bit the staff are amazing and always happy to help the drinks are very good and the food was lovely plenty of choice will be returning as soon as possible

Ideal location

We’ve stayed here a number of times over the past 20 years hotel is looking a little tired although very clean and location is ideal for us . Needs an upgrade which I believe now servatur have purchased it will happen .

Good holiday spot with nice view

The stay was nice generally hotel was clean but probably lack of staff causing no daily cleaning of rooms. Bar restaurant and around pool was all good. Staff was always friendly except one older bar staff who was very grumpy. At reception staff was very helpful always willing to help.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel and staff, entertainment each night which was good The 3 doing all the activities and entertainment where very good and engaging Wide selection of food and snacks Only downside was the lift which was very warm during day Hotel could do with a bit of an update but apart from that we enjoyed it, great views We was in premium rooms and they are very spacious and clean so would suggest upgrading to these All in all we really enjoyed this hotel

Initially, the hotel seemed like a pleasant choice for a family holiday. However, our experience took a turn for the worse on our last night. After returning from dinner, we discovered our room was infested with cockroaches. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and requested someone come to clean and spray the room for any further insect activity. Despite my efforts, no one showed up. I went back a second time to reiterate the need for urgent action, but we were left sitting outside until 1 AM with no resolution. Ultimately, we had no choice but to sleep in a room overrun with pests. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor service we experienced.

After reading the negative reviews I became really anxious about my family holiday, to the point where I almost cancelled! I’m so pleased I didn’t because we had the most amazing time! The staff were incredible and views were spectacular. It’s a lovely downhill walk to Amadores Beach which is sensational and walking enthusiasts will enjoy the uphill challenge back up however for those of you not fancying an uphill climb, a taxi rank is nearby and only costs €4-5 for the journey! There were no issues with the lift when we got there and the mini disco is great entertainment for kids. The breakfast selection is wonderful! We loved having the sun loungers on our balcony and the Solarium is a wonderfully tranquil part of the hotel where you can chill out. I’d definitely come again :)

One Night Stay

Stayed here for one night before we moved to another hotel. Bar and pool area is nice. Rooms are extremely dated with no air con. As I was checking out a father was at reception complaining water was running down the wall into a socket where his daughter was sleeping. Things got heated and the receptionist and father stepped outside to finish the conversation. Last I heard was the father telling the receptionist to take a step back and cool down. Glad to be out of there.

We went half board the hotel was very busy, meals were buffet, food was of great choice but not so hot, christmas dinner was the best of all and served hot, staff i cannot fault they were very efficient both dining and cleaning staff, we did complain about no lighting outside on the stairway 4 times it was very dark and dangerous, the apartment was in need of renovation it was very worn out and old where some areas had bad repairs done with mould also in areas, the smell from the sewage drain was sickening we had to deal with that ourselves, only 1 elevator was in use the whole time we were there.

My fourth visit here. It's relatively good value, and just a couple of minutes from the Europa Centre. However, the rooms do need a bit of attention, and they do not honour any Expedia upgrades or VIP 'freebies'.
