"Love the stay but the staff would not help with anything. It felt like we were bothering them. We had 50.00 a day food and beverage voucher. Not one person coule explain how it worked and itt was never used."

"The hardest part was finding parking all the attendants just had their batons and waving everyone through. No explanation on how to get to public parking. When I asked I was told to get back in my car and drive forward. When we did we ended back on Las Vegas Blvd. Eventually we ended up at the convention center and the lady there actually explained how to get to public parking for the hotel. But what a fiasco with no communication."

"Beautiful hotel, everything was new. Bright, full of air, lots of art. The pools were amazing with lots of umbrella for shade. Easy taxi ride to anywhere on the strip. Looking forward to staying there again."
