"The property is fine. The little kitchenette is great, and we loved our balcony. It is an inexpensive place, so you can’t expect luxury. It was exactly what we needed. It is walking distance to two decent restaurants, and it is fun to watch the boats come and go. The pool was sufficient, and they had pool towels."

"Our room was very pretty and had a beautiful view of the ocean. I will say that you can hear a lot of noise through the walls whether it’s doors closing or people walking around. We were also pretty shocked that there was a $35 mandatory valet parking fee for a resort that already is quite pricey. We weren’t expecting the $35 fee a day for parking also their website has different amenities and experiences you can book. I booked a clear kayak only to find out they no longer have clear kayak rentals there. The staff was very friendly and helped me get a refund. I also booked a chimney experience. However, we were walking around the resort, trying to find it only to realize it hadn’t been set up yet at the time that was requested. Once again the staff was very friendly and helped accommodate us to get the experience started. Their beach is beautiful however you’re not allowed to swim or kayak or paddle board outside of their roped off area which was pretty small overall this was a good hotel. I just think that there is room for improvement to make it feel like a luxury resort, especially for the luxury price. "

"Room was covered in bleach when we arrive and the floor were sticky and popping up. The smell of mildew and mold were so potent we ended up getting sick after two nights and had to leave before our check out date due to our symptoms. Told the girl at the front desk and she said a manger would call, never got a call yet. "

"The resort is very relaxing and beautiful. The welcome mojito set the vibe. We traveled with our 10 month old infant who had a wonderful time in the pool and beach. The rooms were large and clean. Requested a first floor patio and was assigned one. It really helped not having to do an elevator with our stroller, and having easy access to the pool "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul. Martha decorated her condo just beautifully. The location is perfect as you walk right out your back patio and your at the pool. The golf cart is also a great perk. Take advantage of this and drive to the point out at the ocean, it's just absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Martha!"
