Hotel Casona de Hermosa

"Hotel is in a very picturesque location, breakfast and the gentleman serving it are great. Beautiful old building with nice garden and patio areas. Hot tub appeared to be out of action / no longer there, but didnt impact our stay. Room on top floor was a little hot on one day, but leaving windows open at night provided enough ventilation. Great for the price! Thank you!"

"The hotel was very nice, very clean, very well maintained, everything work and everyone was very helpful and nice. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy breakfast or coffee but unfortunately only the smokers could enjoy this, as a non smoker person traveling with minors I could not stand having my breakfast smeling second hand smoke, what a shame!!!"

"Excellent shower and comfortable bed but the room needs some good cleaning! Air condition was very good. Parking was easy but the hotel needs some good deep cleaning! Overall had a good night sleep. The water pressure for the shower was out of this world."

"The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, Room could be cleaner as there’s dust and fluff behind the bed headset and under the table. Room has a balcony but it is by a main road, so can be noisy with passing traffic, if windows left open for fresh air. Good location, only 15 minutes walk to the Medieval town.centre, where parking can be difficult. Unable to comment on restaurant or pool as we did not use the facilities. It was a positive experience on the whole."

"The hotel is exquisite,the rooms were kept very clean,the staff at the hotel went over and above to help us. I can specifically name one staff member Khalil and all the staff at the hotel,communicated all the important information even before we left for the holiday,resolved and offered reassurances on any questions we had about the hotel and the surrounding area. The food was excellent especially the dinner menu,which offered a 3 course set menu accompanied by a bottle of wine,the breakfast was okay with a lot of choices of fruit,bread,cakes etc because it was continental breakfast,I personally I am not a big fan,would prefer a cooked breakfast.The service was excellent.Our rooms had a jacuzzi in the bedroom,a choice of 2 bathrooms with showers and a lounge. The only tiny bit was all the TV programmes were in Spanish,maybe to offer a few options language wise.The hotel had a pool which was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a place where there’s peace and beautiful beaches."
