This was a nice find. Quiet, clean apartment with easy access to the beach. Pool clean. Staff very friendly. It is a bit isolated from the main road but we were happy to find a restaurant on the premises so we had the option to eat out or in the room if we did not want to cook. Food was good and staff also friendly. The only downside was the hot water in the showers was not working. They told us it is a pump issue that should be fixed soon. Would stay here again!

This was the worst experience. We cancelled our stay after 1 night. There was no electricity, and no air conditioning the whole night. It was noisy due to music from the restaurant. The facility is yet to give us our refund. @Expedia we are still waiting for a refund almost a week later. Stay away guys, you will be disappointed.

This is the poorest and most unpleasant hotel experience among all my travel around the world. The room being given does not match the booking photos. While there are wide balconies in the bedroom in photos, the room they offered has only a tiny window in the bedroom that make people suffocate. The hotel claimed that among all the rooms they manage, they actually have only one room that is same as the photo, and that room has only broken air conditioning. Basically it's cheating. The fan that they provided was also broken. In the initial room that they offered, door and windows couldn't be locked, and the safe is also broken. No security at all. The other room we got was always with a false alarm with non-stop ringing. When we tried to ask for discount to match with the actual room type / facility available, they lied that they couldn't do it because they need "approval" from Expedia. And they would agreed with whatever the Expedia instructs. But after days of lengthy communication with Expedia, it was very clear that it was the hotel refused to adjust the room price, but they shifted the responsibility to Expedia. They are lying for the entire process and kept convincing us to pay the full amount first and will get refund from Expedia afterwards, but we actually pay to the hotel directly instead of the online platform. And the wifi kept cutting off, that made me almost impossible to complete the business calls arranged. We certainly advise not to stay in this hotel.
