"This is a little gem (family owned) with sweet guitar evening music and views of the mediterranean. It is up a hill a little but walkable. A park is just around the corner. The staff are so kind and caring. The breakfast is very good and well organized and you can sit out in the garden or inside in air-conditioning on hot summer days. The room was very clean. An older hotel however it has maintained its standards and charm. Not pretentious, comfortable and felt like home. Oh, did I tell you they have a piano, books, games and a bar that is open 24/7 yet the place is quiet. I will return only to this hotel when in VilleFranche Sur mer. "

"Our stay at Hôtel Les Terrasses d’Èze was nothing short of magical. Perched high above the Mediterranean, the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views that feel like a dream—you could spend hours on the terrace just soaking in the beauty of the French Riviera. The rooms are modern, spacious with large windows that bring the outside in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless, with every detail attended to. The staff deserve were warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. From check-in to departure, they went above and beyond to accommodate any request. The spa facilities were impressive—peaceful, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding after exploring Èze Village. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh local produce, delicious pastries, and a wide selection of hot and cold options, all enjoyed with that incredible view. This hotel is perfectly located—just a short drive to the charming medieval Èze Village, Monaco, and Nice yet it feels wonderfully secluded and serene. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway on the Côte d’Azur, Hôtel Les Terrasses d’Èze is the place. We can’t wait to return!"

"Great location!!!!! You can walk everywhere. There are a lot of restaurants and market near by. Hotel room was bigger than most but we did upgrade. "

"Wonderful buffet breakfast. About 15 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Comfortable beds. Nice to have the pool table and ping pong table. 200 meters to train station. Wonderful helpful staff: Cloe and Florence were super helpful and friendly."

"The property is wonderful and the host very accommodating. The property is within a 5-8 minutes drive to 4 supermarkets and 15 minutes to the walls of Lucca. We were in Tuscany when the temperature reached 39C but the house was very comfortable with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and high ceilings, marble floors and large screened windows throughout. There were few things that were worth noting. There was no cupboard space for provisions. The kitchen had two fridges and freezers so it was necessary to use one for food stuffs. The kitchen is not really set up for cooking for 8 people. Whilst there is enough crockery and cutlery the number of useful pots and pans were lacking. (There were plenty of other items) The host arranged for a local chef to come and cook when we didn’t feel like going out. Altogether a great experience but be prepared to take things in your stride.
