Beautiful, spacious room overlooking the harbor. The staff was kind, helpful and attentive. The property is beautifully maintained and within easy walking distance of everything. A few important notes about access to the affiliated properties: access to the beach club doesn't include chairs on the pier, and doesn't include access to the other properties on the same day as check-out, which was very disappointing.

This hotel is outstanding! The staff is truly amazing, attentive, and really cares about the guests. We loved our stay here and will return. We arrived early and they gave us a pass to the spa and the beach club and got our room ready early for us. Everyone we encountered was super nice and friendly and for us it was great because they spoke English. The setting is superb! And the food is great! We can’t wait to go back!!!

The hotel itself is iconic, and rate in the heart of everything so it is accessible to shopping, casino, waterfront, and the staff are very attentive and helpful with suggestions and getting you anything you want, and taking you anywhere you want to be! We would absolutely stay here again.

Staff were nice and service minded. Great central location but, breakfast in the courtyard is far from 5-star but in terms of ambience and quality of food. The rooms are too warn out and simply lacks an upgrade - again not 5-star. Comparing to I.e Chateau Saint-Martin this hotel falls far far behind. A name / brand is not enough to maintain the exclusivity.
