Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Pool and Pool Area clean and refreshing.

Great service, very clean, rooms, outside, lobby, etc. Great place for breakfast, portions and price are great. Again, the personnel is well trained. We had a few hours without water due to a tech issue but the staff was great at keeping us informed and send us some snacks and drinks to help compensate… well done!

The staff was friendly and mostly clean. Breakfast was good. Too much noise because of the street, you can also hear people when they talk outside of the room. The bathroom smelled like the drain. Beds where very uncomfortable.

Nos entregaron habitación sucia , al reclamar nos cambiaron a otra. No había toallas suficientes para las personas en la habitación y no tenían toallas para la alberca, alegaron que el hotel estaba lleno y solo contaban con 2 toallas por habitación siendo que las rentan para 4 personas, pedimos hablar con un gerente y nos dijeron que ellos salen a las 5pm y que en el hotel de 5 en delante solo hay 2 personas en recepción que no siempre pueden resolver las situaciones que se presentan a pesar que de que ellos tienen disposición. No hay personal de mantenimiento después de las 6pm, tuvimos una situación con el sanitario y tuvo que resolver el chico de recepción. En fin supongo que cuando no está al 100% de su capacidad es un buen hotel y cuando los problemas se presentan antes de las 5 que se va el gerente no debe de haber problema.
