Excellent breakfast

Excellent breakfast and first class service at the restaurant. Reception needs more service training. I asked for a room change because there were dogs in the front of the hotel that kept me awake at night.

No hot water, beds not clean breakfast excellent staff excellent I recommend put more attention on beds clothing it was hair from prior customers especially on third floor we were moved three times and end up on second floor which finally was fine

I disliked that no hand towels were provided and we had to ask for an extra towel for the hands. There were no tissues. Therr was a little bit of hair at the entrance of the shower. The shower fixture to open the water was loose and fell off. I had to reput it. That would not have hapenned if the hot and cold had been installed correctly. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff was friendly and accodaring.

This place has poor amenities and they dont take care of the room. For instance, the mirror was broken, there was no mat for the bathroom which you can fall with the water, the pillows were FLAT. Not comfortable at all, there is no black out so at the early ray of light, all the light comes thru the windows. We asked for a iron and we had to go down and leave our identification for them to lend it to us. The PRO is that they have a buffet that is included in the stay that is pretty good.

Front desk lady very helpful. I will suggest they get better pillows they were to flat you have to fold them .To give you some high and they only give one towel you need one available for your face and hands

It was a terrible experience. From check-in, the hostess had a bad attitude, the room was dirty, there were no towels, and she still got angry when I asked for them. Initially, I thought it was just me, but other guests told me the same thing, and the service was also terrible.

The hotel is old and needs a lot of work, rooms were dirty, beds sheets stained and found hair on them. We asked for clean ones and the maintenance guy just dropped them of. Terrible experience.

The front desk didn’t greet and was unfriendly at check in. The first room she assigned smells terrible. We requested a different room the second room, the pillow case had stains which clearly look like weren’t washed. Furniture in the hallway were dusty. We could hear the next door neighbors conversation! Very unpleasant stay.
