The Space:

Plitra Paradiso is designed around outdoor living and slow routines. Much of the day naturally unfolds between the shaded terrace and the rooftop sitting area, where pallet seating and open views toward the sea create a relaxed setting for coffee in the morning or dinner after the beach. Mature trees surround the courtyard and provide natural shade throughout the property, giving the outdoor spaces a cool and sheltered feel even during the warmer months.



Inside, the living spaces are simple, practical, and bright. The kitchen and dining area connect comfortably with the rest of the home, offering everything you need. The dining spaces continue naturally outdoors, where the covered terrace becomes part of everyday life.



The property includes two air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom offers one double bed and one single bed, while the second includes two double beds, making the house well suited to families or groups traveling together. The bathroom is finished in a clean contemporary style and includes a walk-in shower.



Outside, the BBQ area and outdoor dining spaces make it easy to spend most of your time outdoors. Between the rooftop seating area, the shaded terrace, and the quiet courtyard under the trees, the property gives you several different places to slow down and settle into the rhythm of the area.

It suits travelers looking for time outdoors, local food, and easy access to both the sea and the inland landscapes of southern Laconia throughout the year. In the center of Plitra, a short walk from the property, you’ll find mini markets, cafés, bakeries, tavernas, and the everyday essentials needed for a comfortable stay in any season.



Plitra Beach is the closest swimming spot, around 150 meters from the house. The beach combines sand and pebbles with calm, shallow water suited to relaxed swimming and family beach days. A little further south, Pachia Ammos Beach, approximately 550 meters away, offers a wider stretch of coastline with more open sea views and space for longer days by the water. Archangelos Beach, around 10 km away, has a quieter atmosphere with mixed sand and pebbles, while Harakia Beach, roughly 8 km from the property, feels more natural and secluded, with clear water ideal for snorkeling and swimming. Near Monemvasia, around 35 km away, Pori Beach offers a larger organized coastline that remains lively during the warmer months.



Beyond the beaches, the wider landscape around Plitra combines coastline with mountain scenery and traditional villages that remain active year-round. The traditional town of Molai, about 16 km away, serves as the administrative center of the region with shops, services, and local markets throughout the year.

A local KTEL bus stop is within a short five-minute walk and connects the area with Molai and other towns in Laconia, though having a car makes a significant difference if you want to explore beaches, mountain villages, and historical sites across the region at your own pace.
