"Most stark room we have ever stayed in. No phone, microwave and few towels. Room looked clean but smelled of pot smoke. No ice machine. Do not recommend staying here."

"The chair in our room was filthy and holding up a broken lamp. Our charger just fell out of the wall outlet by the bed. The carpet felt dirty. The pool was concreted in. Beds looked clean and were comfortable. "

I did tell front desk the same…front desk person said they would tell someone of my complaints. Also doors and door knobs unsanitary and need to be cleaned. Area near vending machines smelled of human urine…truly not happy"
