"It may not be in the heart of Savannah, but it wasn’t far away and the lovely staff, free breakfast and the pool were definitely worth a short drive into Savannah. The staff was friendly, helpful and gave me wonderful restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend this hotel"

"Everything from beginning to end was smooth and easy. We felt we had a great value for what we paid. Although we were only dropping in for a night and running out in the morning, during our road trip, we saw how expansive and fresh breakfast was and were very impressed. Everything was clean, well-kept, and very relaxing."

"It was disappointing. Very old needs updated. Carpet is very dirty. There’s only one mirror in the whole room and it’s in the bathroom and it’s very dull. It was not a good experience."

"The room was clean and nice. Didn't order at the bar or eat at the hotel. Very much appreciated that the front desk allowed me to doordash a watch charger to them while I was unavailable. They held it until I came back to the hotel. The only downside was parking is a little rough. "

"I was disappointed when I entered my room. It smelled damp. The coffee machine had calcium buildup. The shower temperature was either too hot or too cold. Slow drain, not to mention dirty tub. We had to shower with shoes on our feet. As I was packing up to check out, housekeeping decided to attempt to barge in my room. However, I had the safety latch on which prevented her from entering. Two young ladies that were poolside, commented on how rude housekeeping was for trying to enter my room. My interaction with staff was very little, nothing stood out. Parking was fine. "

"The front desk staff was amazing, patient, kind, and incredibly helpful despite all the chaos. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not match that level of service. The property was very dirty and clearly not updated. The photos online do not accurately reflect the current condition. Our bedding had visible stains, and getting clean towels was a constant struggle, they were almost never available. The cleanliness and overall style felt more like a motel, yet the price was expensive, nearly $200 a night. We also did not feel safe around the property. The pool was very dirty. Overall, I would not stay here again."
