Fantastic property one of the highlights of our trip. This Airbnb felt more like a luxury apartment that you could stay for weeks on end! And so close to everything. 10 out of 10

Lots of pros: Perfectly located, right by historic center and walkable to other good spots. Very kind host and very responsive. Very well equipped. The free slippers were a sweet gesture. The only issue we had was parking, as we rented a car and there is not a lot of parking in historic center, especially at night. But if you’re not renting a car then you don’t have to worry. Also, if you’re planning to go to the beach or lidos, please take your own towels, as we spent half a day trying to find one around town. Different from other places I’ve been to, the beach clubs (lidos) don’t rent you beach towels.

Best location

The B&B is located very close to the historic center of Monopoli, Cattedrale Maria Santissima della Madia and other points of interest. The room was spacious, the decoration minimalist, dark colors, gray curtains, poor furniture, without color accents. At the entrance to the room there is a jacuzzi, the bathroom is spacious and properly equipped, but the whole space could have been arranged more nicely. Breakfast is served at a bar approximately 80 m from the location. The breakfast is the worst I've ever had both in Italy and in all the other places I've visited, and there weren't a few. Breakfast consisted of a coffee, a juice and a choice of pasticciotto or omelette (but no fresh eggs) or a toasted sandwich with traces of ham and cheese. The juice was not from freshly squeezed fruits, it was from the bottled one. Under these conditions, it was better without breakfast, because we bought it at another place.

I like the location and accessibility to different areas within the old town/ center. The breakfast that were included and provided at Casa Timeo was a big plus. The restaurant staff were also friendly and accommodating too. Tiziana was such a wonderful and helpful resource person. There were 5-6 options that you can choose from. The walk from the train station is about 15 minutes. The building has an elevator which helps being at the 3rd floor. Con: The hotel air conditioning is working but it can’t be adjusted to a cooler temperature. The shower water overflows on the floor.

God beliggenhet, og ypperlig standard!

Strålende beliggenhet nærme gamlebyen (og strender) i Monopoli. Kjempefin takterrasse med strålende utsikt. Rommet var pent og rent, verten enkel å kontakte og meget vennlig. Det ble noe intimt med dusj på soverommet for en vennereise - men sa hadde vi også bestilt en romantisk suite! 😅

Da migliorare il servizio praticamente nullo

La camera è bella e grande con la vasca idromassaggio. All’arrivo non ho trovato neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua. In bagno solo mini size di sapone, shampoo, bagno schiuma e 1 cuffia. Ho avuto un po’ di freddo e non ho trovato neanche una coperta. Purtroppo il servizio di check in è senza personale, si entra con il codice. La colazione c’era scritto che era inclusa e pensavo fosse in struttura invece occorre uscire e camminare qualche minuto. Doveva aprire alle 8:00(tardissimo per chi viene per lavoro e non in vacanza) ma alle 8:10 non c’era ancora nessuno. Nel banco c’erano solo un paio di torte dei giorni precedenti, neanche un cornetto o qualcosa di fresco.

Séjour très agréable, grande chambre à la propreté irréprochable. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner vraiment pas à la hauteur du standing de la chambre (une boisson chaude et un croissant)

Rent och fräscht! Ligger bra. Man fick frukostbiljetter till ett trevligt café. Ingen stor frukost, men utmärkt för oss som inte är så stora frukostätare. ACn fungerade inte toppen, men överlag ett jättebra boende för ett par nätter. Hade bokat igen!

In centro a Monopoli

Check-in rapido e molto valido con il supporto della bravissima Tiziana che ci ha fornito non poche utili informazioni. Camera moderna e pulitissima (peccato che in doccia non ci sia nessun “supporto porta prodotti/bagnoschiuma”). La colazione si consuma in una caffetteria convenzionata a poca distanza. La posizione del B&B è centralissima, per il parcheggio girando un pochino si riesce senza problemi. A presto.
Nel B&B è presente un piccolo ma indispensabile ascensore che ti conduce ai piani.
