Property was really nice lots of walking options, cabin was a great size for a family of 5. Staff very friendly and accommodating, we arranged for a late arrival and it was all handled very well. We were disappointed with the WiFi, the signal was weak and dropped frequently.

Amazing chalets - without soap

The chalets,the viewws and the amenities were amazing. 5/5 stars. The only complaint was we didn’t have any dishsoap in the washroom and even though we left a message at the front desk, it was not brought in. We ended up using the shampoo in the shower. So, communication and responsiveness is 3/5. Overall though, it was a veey nice and relaiing experience. The amenities are a little close to the highway, so therecan be some road noise during the rush hours but it wasn’t too bad.

False advertising for amenities as they are exclusively available for select cottages, with a big lack on emphasis on those amenities lacking in said certain cottages. When staff was informed about the disappointment, we were met with snarky remarks, insults, and even degrading comments on our intelligence. Absolutely mortified that this establishment is allowed to be in business with such employees. In kindergarten, we were taught respect and manners and I’d be surprised if the staff attended that kindergarten class.

Autant le chalet et la vue sont magnifiques. Autant je crois avoir vécu le pire accueil de ma vie à la reception, c'était juste lunaire. J'étais accompagnée d'un "local" (je suis française) qui a lui-même tout simplement halluciné de la façon dont on a été reçus. A plus de 200e la nuit ça fait un peu mal :)

Motel level service

Our family stay at the cottage for two nights. The property was quiet and well maintained. But the staff closed the amenities earlier, and was very rude when we asked about the service hours. The cottage was spacious and relatively clean. But the king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. It’s short and very uncomfortable.

I enjoy every minute of spending time in this chalet. It was cosy, so clean , and we found everything we may need in the kitchen. The interior temperature was adjustable and I could set it based on my interest.the exterior view is breathtaking. I had a great vacation
