Miomo Pool Villa - 900m beach - green and relaxing setting

"Très belle maison, dans un cadre magnifique (vue mer et montagnes tout autour, a presque 360 degrés), au calme absolu. Rien à redire, tout était parfait.L’accueil chaleureux d’Isabelle et Jeff et leurs délicates attentions (une bouteille de rouge et une bouteille de rosé au frais, nous attendaient), l'équipement de la maison (rarement loué une maison aussi bien equipée côté cuisine, outils et électroménager : il y a absolument tous les ustensiles dont vous avez besoin), un double frigo et double congélateur (dans le garage) extrêmement pratiques avec la chaleur et lorsque vous êtes nombreux a séjourner dans la maison, une très bonne literie, de jolies salles de bains, un grand salon clair et spacieux, des ventilateurs puissants dans toutes les pièces. L’espace piscine est très agréable aussi, même si la piscine n’est pas immense (dimensions indiquées dans l’annonce), avec des transats et des canapés très confortables et des parasols pour avoir de l’ombre.Et la terrasse, la haut, est magique : la vue sur la mer et les montagnes est vraiment superbe et il y a juste ce qu’il faut d air pour être bien. Nous y avons fait des apéros et des parties de jeux de société en famille tous les soirs!Par ailleurs, la maison est très bien placée : à 5 min de la plage de Miomo (en voiture) et proche de Bastia pour tous les commerces utiles. Nous avons rayonné dans tout le Cap Corse, pendant 15 jours, et avons adoré cette partie de la corse nature, sauvage et préservée."

"The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are dated, but bright & clean. Free parking appreciated. Good AC & shower pressure. Heated pool & lush gardens. View of the ocean from the balcony is beautiful. Breakfast was ok & can be improved with more protein choices (salmon?), more variety of fresh fruits & vegetables (avocado?), better coffee than machine. The lady who helped us in the breakfast room was great. Enzo, by the pool, was also wonderful. We enjoyed out time here. You definitely will need a car to visit Bastia old town."

"Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Christian et Laurence. L'hébergement était confortable et nous avions plaisir à y rester pour nous reposer ou à rentrer pour profiter de la terrasse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."
Magnificent villa with heated pool, 900 metres from Farinole beach

"Deze mooie vakantievilla is heel rustig gelegen, dichtbij het zandstrand van Farinole en ideaal voor uitstappen naar Saint-Florent (erg gezellig 's avonds), Bastia, de Cap Corse en wat verder weg Calvi. Het uitzicht is erg mooi. De vier slaapkamers zijn ruim en hebben elk hun eigen badkamer. Er is overal airco aanwezig. De zetels in de leefruimte zijn erg comfortabel. Een probleem met de lege batterij van een rookmelder werd binnen het half uur door de contactpersoon opgelost. Wij betreurden dat voor de prijs die we betaalden een aantal zaken mankeerden die we normaal wel atijd aantreffen in vakantievilla's van dit niveau zoals handdoeken voor het zwembad (niet fijn om de handdoeken van de badkamer hiervoor te moeten gebruiken), handzeep, een wasmand (heel fijn om waslijnen in de tuin te hebben, maar hoe breng je je was er naartoe?), een karaf gekoeld water in de koelkast bij aankomst (kleine moeite, maar heel welkome attentie), een aantal extra vuilniszakken, wat peper en zout in de keuken, een schepnet bij het zwembad, ... Ten slotte vonden wij bij aankomst een aantal spinnenwebben en stofnetten in het huis wat niet zo netjes was.Voor ons is het een prima villa, we hebben het super naar onze zin gehad, maar we vonden de prijs aan de hoge kant in vergelijking met onze ervaring met andere vakantievilla's."

"We had a brilliant stay here on two separate occasions. The staff are so warm and welcoming and the rooftop beautiful is lovely. Plenty of space in the room for us and baby. Perfect spot for a quick stay."

"Une bien jolie pépite que ce gîte très joliment aménagé avec des matériaux de qualité et un goût personnel et sûr. Ne pas se fier à l'extérieur plutôt ordinaire. De jolis objets personnalisent l'ensemble et ne donnent pas du tout l'impression d'être dans une location. Douche originale et belle, petite salle de bain parfaite. jolie vue et plusieurs fenêtres avec des orientations différentes.Vraiment une bonne adresse à conserver et à partager même si nous n'avons pas eu la chance de croiser les propriétaires absents au moment de notre séjour."
