"Nice atmosphere, very clean and friendly staff"

"For the one night we stayed, everything was great!"

"Loved the amenities (spa, sauna, game room) and staff but the room needs much help. We had a 2 double beds on the first floor. The materesses didn't even fit the frame of the beds as they were smaller and left a gap and the matresses we're completely caved in and lumpy. We weren't a fan of the layout of the room as the bathroom sink is at the entrance of the room instead of in the bathroom (it was winter so our boots made a puddle where we're supposed to clean up). The closet rails were so rusted that the doors didn't open all the way and it blocked the access to the fridge. We would be willing to come back for the spa access if we asked for a better room. "

"Great Stay"

"The room was cleaned but toilet seat still have urine stains on it. We were also given an accessibility room even though we didn’t request for one. We checked in late and too tired to switch rooms so didn’t bring it up with them until checkout. At which point the staff didn’t seem to care too much. The person at the checkout counter simply said “we will advise management”. The room was also very loud, there was some type of leaking pipe somewhere in the ceiling, kept hearing water droplets all night. The room isolation was also very minimal we could hear everything in the corridor, people using the bathroom upstairs and people talking in the next room. "

"It was impossible to sleep! We were at the 12th floor and ear people yelling all night. Windows are cheap. Don't go there!"

"What a fabulous hotel. Well located, teeming in character, outstanding room service, and overall highly attentive staff in all areas (lounge, registration, door attendants, etc.). Would stay again in a heartbeat. "
